Description: This is a quick low cost yet effective technique exclusive to Ozamashi Teniga, he can teach it to other's if willing and skilled in Suiton affinity. The use brings their preferred hand (left or right or both causing a bigger spread shot, like a shot gun) and gathers an orb of water in front of their palm but the orb doesn't touch their palm (water is not required but if water is present this justsu cost even less due to the fact that the user doesn't have to create water) this orb expands until it reaches the circumference of a soccer ball. The user then fires this ball splitting it into tiny water droplets infused with chakra as it spreads out like a shotgun. These chakra infused "bullets" if you will, are shot out at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour making them hard to dodge and weigh about a half a pound each making this jutsu "possibly" deadly at point blank range and very painful at ranges of 5+ feet causing sever bruising and possible bleeding but these bullets arent heavy enough and fired fast enough the literally have the same effect as a "real" bullet

Drawbacks:
-this jutsu leaves the user completely defenseless from behind the instant it is fired. so sneak attacks by others or a clone would be effective to some extent
-this jutsu only has a range of 15 feet and at its maximum range it would feel as if you stuck your head out of a fast movign object while its raining (its stings a little but nothing really.."injuring")
