Zaraki is an average sized person standing at five foot nine, his body is slim to those who see him covered by clothes. He weighs in at one hundred and forty five pounds, his body has a slight tan to it as he spends most of his time outside in the sun. Under the clothes Zaraki holds not a trace of fat on his body but this does not mean he is overly muscled more like his body is suited perfectly to be fat free. His hair is a dark blue that hangs around his head like a wild mane of hair that spikes slightly sideways. His eyes are an icy blue that seem to stare into the souls of whoever he looks at although most of the time they are filled with a happy light.He is usually seen wearing a long sleeve snow white shirt with a slight V at the collarbones of the shirt, on the right shoulder is an icy blue phoenix bird. His pants are black jean baggy around the legs and tight around his hips so they do not fall down, he wears wooden geta with metal plating on the bottom. On the back of his hips are various pouches containing his weapons along with two sheathes which hold customized trench knives.

Personality:Zaraki is a rather odd person at times he can seem to be the nicest of people, but then in an instant he can turn into someone else. He does not suffer from multiple personality syndrome though if you are thinking that. His usual attitude is carefree and aloof to a point where some might think him an idiot. But Zaraki is not an idiot he chooses to act like this as it makes sure the pressure of trying be something he isnt, doesn't crush him. To most Zaraki is a rather nice person who will stop to help someone out if it doesn't put him in some kind of danger, if it involves danger and he doesn't have to fight it is simple Zaraki will not fight.

It is quite simple Zaraki is a nice person at heart but only to a certain extent, so to say if someone whom he did not know was being killed in front of him he wouldn't care one bit as it is not his problem. But this doesn't mean he is a psychopath who goes killing people in fact quite detests killing people only doing so when absolutely needed. Zaraki will not fight unless he feels his life is actually in danger so much that even if a person were to attack him he wouldn't attack back unless he thought they would actually kill him.


Basic Clan Information:

Kekkei Genkai: Yukkuru Kokoro: The people of the Zaraki clan have a unique bloodline power like anyone else with a kekkei genkai. Their power however is not one that can be turned off it is constantly activated due to this a lot of stress is put onto the body if one is not very careful. Their power is their hearts or to be more exact what their hearts do, their hearts beat one hundred times faster then the average person's. Causing a massive spike in adrenaline into their blood stream this causes many things to happen within their bodies.

The first and best of everything that happens is that due to the adrenaline flowing through the body the clan members perspective on time slows down. This does not mean in reality that time has slowed down it is because their body is so charged by the adrenaline that things seem slower to them. This increases their reaction time by quite a bit as well as the speed in which they may be able to counter attack.

The second thing that happens is due to the amount of adrenaline in their system they are less like to feel pain. Small cuts and burns etc etc will be nonexistent to the user wounds that would slow down another person would do little or nothing to a user of this bloodline. But this is also a fatal weakness due to this often one does not feel the pain they would and may push their body beyond their limits and die by bleeding out because they could not feel enough pain.

The third and final thing that happens is a slight increase in strength and speed about 10-15% increase due to the adrenaline pumping through them. But if one were to try and break this barrier and try and increase the percentage of power and speed they recieve their muscles would tear and joints in their body would start to break down resulting in the crippling of the user.

Clan History:
The people of the Zaraki clan were not always united in spirit when their traits first came out they thought they had become sick and started to lose their minds. This caused a mass panic within their groupd that caused them to start killing one another to destroy what they thought was a sickness, but those with the 'sickness' were very hard to kill. The people who were not 'sick' within the clan had to band together to try and kill them before the 'sickness' spread out, as such the zaraki clan was almost destroyed by its own clan members. But as the years went by a group of the clan members learned to control their 'sickness' to a certain extent. With this they began to fight back against the members who did not have the 'sickness' they were driven by the thought of creating a pure clan instead of a clan who had no power.

Once they learned to harness their powers they easily started to overwhelm those who did not possess the bloodline. They killed everyone who opposed them and then it started those obessed with power began to kill even those with the bloodline so they could be the strongest of the clan. The clan was turning against one another they would have died out if not for one person Zaraki serena she alone challenged all who wantwed to become the strongest. Over the next ten years she killed everyone who sought to disrupt the order of the people and formed a select group of people, some held the bloodline and some did not. Together they created the Zaraki clan as we know it today.

Origin: Zaraki went into a weapons store after seeing a pair of trench knives and decided he wanted a customized set and bought them.


History and RP Sample:
History: Birth:
Zaraki was born into a poor family his father was a mere soldier in the army of a nobleman who wanted to take over another village for no reason he just wanted it to have it even though it was another poor village like his own. Upon the movement of the army Zaraki's father left him and his mother to go to the battle and take over of the other village. Zaraki was a mere two years old at the time and had no idea what was going on yet oddly enough he cried all night before exhausting himself into a fitful sleep Zaraki's mother took this to be a bad omen and prayed to the gods that her husband would come home safely. And he did indeed return home safely the other village had been taken down so easily due to the fact that they were so poor they only had a handful of people able to actually fight and even then they were unskilled. But Tsuna's father had come back differently sure he had seen many battles and people killed but what the army had been ordered to do after the battle was beyond anything he could have ever imagined.

The nobleman had ordered the death of every person within the village women, children, elderly people, everyone that was not from the army was to be killed. They hung the women and children from the tree's as they made the elders kneel on the ground before being beheaded while watching their loved ones hang in front of their eyes it was too much to bear. Zaraki's father withdrew into himself and decided he couldn't stand by and watch this any longer he went to the army and spoke to everyone who had been involved in the massacre of the other village when he spoke to them he learned most of them felt the same way but were afraid of being killed. So they devised a plan together to turn against the nobleman in the next big battle and slay him when he was out in the open but it would be many month's before then. When the time finally came Zaraki was three now the people had waited long and hard as did Zaraki's father to slay the nobleman and free his family from this man's evil grip so they could be safe once and for all. In the beginning of the battle Tsuna's father and his men did not charge they turned and attacked the nobleman and his body guards.

Killing all the guards they were about to slay the nobleman when the rest of the army had been beaten in battle and was retreating towards them there was nothing they could do as they were bowled over and pushed away from the nobleman. The nobleman escaped to the dismay of Zaraki's father and his men they rushed home to try and get their families away from the village but it seemed to nobleman and his army got there first, by the time Zaraki's father and his men arrived the village had been set ablaze and many were killed. Zaraki's father and his band of men engaged the army in an attempt to save those who were captured in the attack but ultimately they failed and were killed or captured with the villagers as well. Zaraki and his mother had been captured instead of killed when the nobleman figured out who they were he was going to use their deaths to torture Zaraki's father greatly. But Zaraki's father offered his own pain and suffering for their lives he told the nobleman he would suffer any punishment the nobleman was willing to give him if he let them live. The nobleman laughed and agreed to his terms knowing he would kill the man and then his family anyways, in front of his own army and the villagers as well as Zaraki and his mother he tortured Zaraki's father for hours.

But to his shock and dismay the nobleman had run out of ideas and this man was still alive beaten, broken and bloody but he was alive! it shouldn't have been possible. This scared the nobleman to death this man shouldn't be alive it wasn't possible he thought in sheer desperation he took an officers sword and cut the man's head off with a single slice. Finally Zaraki's father fell to the ground dead and the nobleman laughed seeing as he had won even if he had been scared hell even terrified of the man he was the one alive and not him anymore he was better then that man. Tsuna's mother watched horrified by the nobleman's actions she couldn't believe he was doing all of this to them as she didn't know what Zaraki's father had done. The nobleman turned to Zaraki and his mother now he planned to kill them but when he ordered his men to kill them they hesitated they had seen the will of the father and respected that and the nobleman had said he would let his family live. The nobleman seeing his men so hesitant came to a compromise kill the villagers and the wife and leave the child under the tree where they would hang the villagers. The men agreed and let the child live while slaying everyone else hanging them from the tree in the center of the village, under the tree they left Zaraki alone wailing into the night under the dead villagers.

Little did anyone know that Zaraki and his family were part of the Zaraki clan who had gone into hiding from another small village due to the fact that they had been exiled and hunted. Zaraki lay beneath the tree as the cold of night crept in and started to slowly squeeze the life from his small body he would have died there and then if not for the shinobi of Suna. Some of the shinobi that came to investigate thought they should leave him there as it was a bad omen to pick up a child like this but the others took him in.

Academy Arc:

Zaraki grew up in a foster family who did not tell him of his past or his family they told him he was their real son. At first it seemed like he had no talent what so ever in the art of the shinobi, but as he got serious Zaraki showed an astonishing pace in which he could adapt. He passed the exams on his first try and got sent into a squad like every other graduate.

Genin Arc:

In his squad Zaraki was not to up beat or talkative with his group members he didn't really like them. They seemed arrogant and thought they could take on anything because they got the top scores in their classes and such things it began to grind on Zaraki. Zaraki and the other boy of the group began fighting every chance they got the fighting escalated every time they learned a new technique it got to the point where they were actually capable of killing each other. They had to settle their differences at least thats what their sensei told them, but they couldn't connect at all they both hated each other with a heated passion.

Finally one day they managed to set aside their differences when the third person in their group was taken hostage on a mission. They hated each other and fought so much that they knew each other's moves perfectly and moved like people who were destined to fight together. But even though they managed to set aside their differences they still hated each other but not as much as they used to. It was around this time that things began to change for Zaraki they seemed to be slowing down. He couldn't train properly as he reacted to quickly to the movements and was easily read so he got hit, this was due to his bloodline starting to become active in his system. He couldn't understand what was going on he felt sick but at the same time he felt completely fine it didn't make sense to him at all.

Seeing the effects of his bloodline starting to show Zaraki's foster parents knew they would have to tell him soon that he was not their child. They decided to tell him before he did anything drastic like going to the kazekage or trying to figure out what was wrong himself. They sat him down and told him that he was an adopted child and that they took him in because they could not have children of their own but they considered him family none the less. Zaraki couldn't belive this he felt his entire life was a lie and that he didn't belong anywhere, they also told him of the deaths of his family and how they were killed. Zaraki had felt hate before so he thought this wouldn't bring any new feeling to him, but what he had felt was nothing compared to what he felt that night. He was enraged so much that he had become more beast then human he wanted to know the name of the nobleman who had killed his family so he could rip him apart with his own hands.

His foster parents told him the name Garoc was the name of nobleman, and with this name in his head Zaraki set out to go and slaughter this man. But before he even reached the gates of the village he was stopped when his own team along with several other genin teams came to stop him before he could go out of the village. They told him to calm down and come with them so they could sort things out but Zaraki would hear nothing of the sort. When his own teammates tried to get in his way he completely crushed them with his bloodline active he was moving in ways they had never seen before and surprised them. However they were not the only ones there to stop him his sensei was still far above him even with his bloodline active.

If Zaraki had not been brought to the point on insane rage he might have realized he never stood a chance against his sensei. But he had been pushed to far and wanted revenge he attacked like a wild beast, he was soundly beaten by his sensei who did not even need to use anything above a D ranked jutsu. He was arrested and locked away for a few days he was treated okay by the guards but it was clear he was a prisoner. He was brought before a group of jounin and the kazekage whom he had never seen before that day, they made a deal with him if he could control himself he would be set free if not he would be locked away until they decided it was safe to let him out. What could Zaraki do his head hung low as he cried in frustration he wanted to kill the nobleman but he couldn't do it from a cell he was forced to agree to their deal.

They released Zaraki and gave him all the scrolls he would need to figure out what his bloodline did he quickly adapted to the bloodline and learned to use it. Within another month the chuunin exams came along, with this he would become a chuunin. His last opponent was his own squad mate whom he used to hate but after feeling a rage beyond any other he didn't feel hate towards his teammate anymore. He had come too far to be stopped and crushed his teammate with everything he had to pass the chuunin exams.

Chuunin Arc:

After passing the Chuunin exams and getting promoted Zaraki began to research things like the village layout and whent he guards changed shifts. He studied it so intently that he knew things that other people his age had no idea about like how there was a drainage pipe leading to the outside of the village underground. He had planned this all carefully fooling everyone around him into thinking he had no desire to slay the nobleman who had killed his parents. But that desire had only grown stronger he was going to rip that man apart and watch as the light in his eyes faded as he looked at Zaraki. He was like a madman who wouldn't let it go using the drainage tunnel out of the village and headed west towards the nobleman's home. He knew he only had a few hours before they found out he had gone missing and sent people to look for him so he had to be quick.

Zaraki arrived at the nobleman's home and snuck in like only a ninja could, he finally saw the face of the man who had taken everything from him. Without warning he struck severing the muscles in the man's arms and his legs, this man would be crippled forever now. The nobleman who had been asleep was woken up by a terrible pain flaring through his body, he looked upon his attacker it was a young man he did not know. Zaraki looked at the nobleman with his icy blue eyes and held a kunai to his neck as he asked if the nobleman remembered what he had done to his parent. The nobleman terrified listened to Zaraki's story and remembered that day perfectly within his mind he still felt the fear he had from Zaraki's father that day. The nobleman told him he remembered every little detail of that day and that he wanted Zaraki to kill him now. Zaraki didn't hesitate one bit he thrust the kunai into the chest of the man breaking his breastbone and piercing his heart so he died almost instantly in front of him.

After killing the nobleman Zaraki just stood there he wasn't sure how to react now he had set out to kill the nobleman and he had but it seemed like nothing had changed. What was he supposed to do now he asked himself as he left the home of the dead nobleman and headed back to suna village slowly. He barely made it back within the walls of the village when his sensei found him, he asked where Zaraki had been seeing as he had gone outside of the village. Zaraki returned his question with a simple one do you really have to ask were the words he spoke to his sensei in a tone that seemed devoid of emotion. His sensei knew what he had done but he said nothing to anyone else, so the fact that Zaraki had gone out in the night and killed someone was never known to all.

But Zaraki was not okay his feelings had become unstable as well as his mind he didn't know what to do anymore. He withdrew into himself and seemed to become a person who was devoid of all human emotion, on missions he killed those he didn't have to when he could have knocked them out. His sensei and teammates saw this change in him and decided it was time to intervene before he changed completely and fell apart. They cornered him one day and began to tell him he needed to release his feelings instead of keeping them inside himself or else he would explode one day. He told them he was fine and tried to move past them and got a right fist right to his face from the teammate who hated him. He hadn't been hit by anyone in a while and it wouldn't have bothered him at all if it were anyone else but this was not just some ordinary person it was one he used to hate. He felt all the emotions he had felt building up and let loose a furious left punch slamming it into the face of his teammate and sending him to the ground.

He didn't follow through with the attack instead he fell to his knees clutching at his head as he tried to force the feelings that were welling up within him back down. But he couldn't they were coming out and he could feel everything he had done it was like watching a terrible movie. He collasped and his team took him to the hospital when he awoke from his small coma like sleep he was a different person a completely different Zaraki. He had undergone an emotional transformation while asleep and had come to terms with himself as such he was no longer an emotionless being.

Jounin Arc:

It was shortly after his emotional transformation that Zaraki was promoted to a jounin due to his results in the field. He has only been a jounin for a few months now so there isn't much to tell you at this point.
